How to Order
Email to reserve coins
To reserve coins, send us an email. In it, please include your name, your mailing address so we can calculate postage charges for you, and the inventory numbers of the coins you are interested in. Also, be sure to tell us if you want postal insurance (inside the US only), regular air mail or registered air mail (outside the US only), or Global Priority Mail (outside the US only).
You will find the inventory numbers of the coins in the lower left corner of each coin's listing, in maroon type, preceded by the # sign.
When we receive your email, we'll reserve the coins you are interested in for you, and we'll email you confirming that the coins are available and giving the total charges including postage. Please don't send credit card information or payment until you have received the confirming email from us.
Payment
After you receive the confirming email, you may pay for your coins with Visa or MasterCard, with PayPal, or with a personal check or money order in US funds. Please inquire before using any other payment method.
If you choose to use Visa or MasterCard, we'll email you instructions on how to send your card information. For PayPal, the email address to use is: shagadorn@shagadorn.com
Guarantee
We guarantee that every coin we sell is genuine unless explicitly described as "counterfeit" or "forgery". In addition, we guarantee your satisfaction with any coin you purchase. If you find you don't like a coin for any reason, email us within seven (7) days after you receive it, then return it. We'll refund your purchase price plus postage both ways.
